TRX HIIT (35’)

TRX Circuit (35’)

  • Flexible schedule - show up anytime within time frame

  • 12 exercise stations, 15 minutes at each station

  • Guided by trainer

  • Full body workout in 35 minutes

  • TRX Suspension Training + DumBELLS & KettleBELLS

  • Total body workout

  • Minimal rest between sets and rounds

  • Strength + Tone + Cardio

  • Maximum of 12 participants
