5 MINUTE AT HOME CARDIO CIRCUIT
I've taught many TRX Sculpt classes since we opened Dig and my main objective is always the same.
I want to get everyone in the class to a level where they can complete my favourite at-home cardio and strength circuit.
Here's the 5 minute circuit:
Plank Elbow Out
Elbow to Hand Plank
Hollow Body Sweeper
Side Plank Dip Hip (L)
Side Plank Dip Hip (R)
Side Plank Elbow to Knee Crunch (L)
Side Plank Elbow to Knee Crunch
Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds and 10 second recovery in between.
