DIG Ride 50 Min

Cycling

High-intensity choreography on the bike. Climbs, sprints, and rhythm work — staged in a theater environment with dramatic light and sound. 500–800 cal.

DIG Duo 60 Min

Cycling + Strength

Thirty minutes on the bike, thirty on the strength floor. Two studios, one hour, full-body. The signature DIG experience — and the one members come back for.
