HIIT-focused cycling targeting specific RPM speeds in sprints and climbs. True-to-road technique, no hand weights or choreography. Pure performance.

Arrive Early

Come 15 minutes before class. Our team will walk you through everything — bike setup, shoes, and the studio layout.

Bike Setup

Your bike settings are saved on file after your first visit. Complimentary cycling shoes are available — LOOK and SPD compatible.

Clip In & Ride

Your instructor will intro the format. Modify intensity anytime — this is your workout. Push as hard as you choose.

Cool Down

Enjoy luxurious lockers, towels, and premium spa products. Come early, stay late — the community is part of the experience.

About Our Classes

We offer DIG Ride (signature cycling), Performance Ride (power-output focused), Rhythm Ride (music-driven cardio), DIG Duo (hybrid cycling + strength), TRX Sculpt (suspension training + weights), and Lunchtime Crunchtime (express 30-min format). Each format has a distinct energy and goal.
Standard classes run 40–60 minutes depending on format. Lunchtime Crunchtime is a 30-minute express format. TRX Sculpt classes are 45 minutes. Check the schedule for exact times.
Yes. Every class is adaptable for all fitness levels. Arrive 10 minutes early and an instructor will walk you through bike setup, resistance, and what to expect. There is no minimum fitness level required.
Our studio holds up to 30 riders. The intimate format means every instructor actually sees you, corrects your form, and pushes you by name. It is nothing like a gym cycling room.

Booking & Cancellation

Book directly through the Schedule page or the WellnessLiving app. Classes open for booking 7 days in advance. Popular time slots fill fast so early booking is recommended.
Cancel at least 4 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee. No-shows and late cancels forfeit the class credit. If you are on the waitlist and get added within 4 hours of class, you have 30 minutes to cancel without penalty.
Add yourself to the waitlist and you will be automatically added to class if a spot opens. You will receive a notification via the app or email. We see strong waitlist movement up to 2 hours before class.

Class Experience

Cycling shoes are complimentary and compatible with both LOOK and SPD pedals. Bring your own if preferred. We keep extra socks at the front desk.
Moisture-wicking athletic wear and padded cycling shorts are recommended. Bring a water bottle. The studio runs dark and loud during class, so leave the valuables at home.
