Chelsea’s love for fitness stemmed from playing Division 1 volleyball and four years of coaching and training. With three back surgeries by the age of 18, she believes fitness is the key to injury prevention. With this in mind, her classes create a fitness environment where all feel empowered, motivated and supported regardless of age or ability. As a mother of a rambunctious four-year- old, Chelsea brings hints of passion, fierceness, love and athleticism to every class.
