Frequently Asked Questions

DO YOU HAVE A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?

Our classes can be modified to accomodate any experience level. If you're new to cycling, arrive 20 minutes early and let our friendly staff know you’re a first-timer. We will help you set up the bike and provide tips on technique and safety. When the lights go down and the music comes up, you'll have the freedom to ride at your own pace and control your own resistance.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Comfortable, moisture-wicking tops and tight-fitting fitness pants or cycling shorts are recommended. Remember to bring socks, but if you forget we have plenty at the front desk.

WHAT SHOULD I EAT OR DRINK?

You’ll perform better with a 100-calorie carbohydrate snack about 45 minutes before the ride. A banana or half a bagel are great suggestions. Remember to drink plenty of water before, during, and after the ride. Sugary sports drinks or liquid meal replacements are not recommended.

DO YOU KEEP MY BIKE SETTING ON FILE?

If you’re new, please arrive 15-20 minutes early and our friendly staff will help you set up and clip in. We’ll record your seat and handlebar height and keep a copy on file in case you forget.

DO YOU REQUIRE CYCLING SHOES?

Cycling shoes are complimentary, so enjoy using ours or bring your own. Pedals accept both LOOK or SPD cleats. Clipping in allows you to utilize the full revolution of your pedal stroke and engage more of your muscles, which translates to a more effective workout.

WHEN IS THE SCHEDULE RELEASED SO I CAN SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?

Every Sunday at 5pm we send out an e-blast with the class times for the following week. Please opt-in to receive e-mails from us to grab the classes you want.

DO YOU OFFER STRENGTH + CYCLING CLASSES?

Our signature Double Shot class combines 30 minutes of cycling with 30 minutes of strength training to create the ultimate cardio and body sculpting experience.

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

When someone cancels a bike, the next person on the waitlist is automatically moved into the class and onto the bike that was canceled. You will receive an email immediately notifying you.

Our luxurious locker rooms are fully equipped with towels, blow dryers, and a wide array of spa products to keep you pampered and beautiful after the ride. We offer keyless lockers with USB ports so you can charge your phone while you recharge your mind!
