DO YOU HAVE A CLASS FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! Our indoor cycling and strength workouts are fully adaptable for all fitness levels. New riders should arrive 20 minutes early for setup and guidance.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear moisture-wicking athletic wear and cycling shorts. Don’t forget socks — we provide extras at the desk if needed.
WHAT SHOULD I EAT OR DRINK?
Have a small carb snack ~45 minutes before class (like a banana) and drink plenty of water.
DO YOU KEEP MY BIKE SETTING ON FILE?
Yes. Once your setup is recorded, we’ll save it so your return visits are easy and personalized.
DO YOU REQUIRE CYCLING SHOES?
Cycling shoes are complimentary and compatible with both LOOK and SPD pedals. Bring your own if preferred.
WHEN IS THE SCHEDULE RELEASED SO I CAN SIGN UP FOR A CLASS?
Each Sunday we email the upcoming week’s class schedule. Subscribe to our emails to reserve your spot early.
DO YOU OFFER STRENGTH + CYCLING CLASSES?
Yes! Our signature Double Shot combines 30 min of cycling with 30 min of strength training for full-body results.
HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?
If someone cancels, participants on the waitlist are automatically added and notified by email.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKER ROOMS?
Yes. Enjoy luxurious lockers, towels, and premium spa products after your ride.

DO YOU OFFER RIDES FOR LOCAL CHARITIES AND PRIVATE EVENTS?
We do! From charity fundraisers to private group rides for birthdays, weddings, and corporate team building — contact us to plan your event.
IS THERE AN AGE OR HEIGHT REQUIREMENT?
Riders must be 12+ and at least 4’10” tall; under 18 riders require a parent’s consent form.
