Dig Cycle

Our signature ride is a 50 minute high-intensity party on a bike! Theater illumination is integrated with choreography for an exhilarating, full body experience. Mesmerizing beats and uplifting coaching combine to provide a digital detox for the mind, body and soul.

Rhythm Cycle

This ride is a high-intensity party on a bike! Theater illumination integrated with choreography for an exhilarating, full body experience. Mesmerizing beats and uplifting coaching combined to provide a digital detox for the mind, body and soul. Weights may or may not be used in this class. Instructor’s discretion.

Performance Cycle

Burn calories for hours with this 40-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) indoor cycling workout. Featuring "true to the road" indoor cycling techniques without hand weights or choreography. Bursts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest in between songs that will help prepare you for the next effort. You’ll build lean muscle and burn fat in a short class.

Dig Dugout

This class is 55 minutes of constant sweat with a 40-minute portion on the bike followed by 15 minutes of arms and abs sculpt all within the cycle room DUGOUT!


Dig Duo

This popular hybrid class combines 30 minutes of indoor cycling in Studio A followed by 30 minutes of strength and lengthening in Studio B.  The Results? A strong body and beautiful soul.

Ride For Change

Feel good (and do good!) knowing 100% of proceeds from this monthly ride will be donated to a local charity. Contact us for your favorite non-profit organization. Giving back never felt so good!

 

HIIT Cycle

This class is a 30-minute of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Cycle. A rider repeats short bursts of efforts at maximum or all-out intensity sprints (17 total): 8 x 20" sprints + 6 x 30" sprints + 3 x 1' sprints. Followed by 2-minute Cool Down and 8 minutes of core and upper body at the end of the ride. You’ll build lean muscle and burn fat in this short class.

POWER LUNCH CLASSES: Lunch Crunch Cycle & TRX Sculpt Express

Short on time? Lunch Crunch is a 30-minute class that combines intervals, climbs and sprints followed by a brief cool-down stretch. You'll go back to work feeling energetic and rejuvenated after this high octane ride. TRX Sculpt Express is a shorter version of our popular TRX Sculpt class.
