Health, athletics, and fitness has always been a passion of Jason’s. As a collegiate scholarship athlete in football and track, he knows that hard work and a good nutritional plan have always been necessary to achieving one’s fitness goals. For the past two decades, he has done just that in helping thousands of people improve their health. He specializes in group fitness as well as one on one training. From TRX to kettle bells, bands to free weights, boot camp to kickboxing, and more, Jason firmly believes that without challenge, there is no change. Jason has been certified over the years from NASM, ISSA, and NCCPT as a CPT, and holds a Sports Nutritionist (CNS) diploma from Huntington College of Health Sciences and will graduate in May 2018 with a bachelor in physics from the University of Montana.
