BOOKING A CLASS

Cancellation Policy: Most fitness studios require you to cancel 12 hours in advance, but guess what! We’re not like other studios. At Dig, we get it - things happen. We allow you to cancel up to 4 hours in advance before the start time of class if you are unable to make it. If you are running late, PLEASE call us to let us know so that we don’t release your bike to someone on the waitlist.

Late + No-show Policy: Please call to let us know if you cannot make it to class even after the cancellation window. Being a no-show is not cool, as you are taking a spot from someone else that could have been in the class. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late you will NOT be allowed into the class.

First time riders should arrive AT LEAST 15 minutes before class to get set up and comfortable on the bike.

What bike should I choose?

1st Row: “I am following the instructor.”

2nd Row: “I am working up to being able to follow the instructor.”

3rd Row: “I’m a beginner or I have an injury that I must modify for.”
