DIG PERSONAL TRAINING

At DIG, we believe that a fitness studio is not simply a place where one can work out. From our unique Metric software, that is heart monitored through our unique Gotribe App, to our state of the art lighting and sound system, it is more than just a workout at DIG. It is a full-body experience that will definitely get you to DIG THE DIFFERENCE and DIG THE RESULTS and perceive a fitness in a whole new way.

DIG is a revolutionary hybrid studio where our RHYTHM rides will get you dancing to the carefully selected music playlist and our PERFORMANCE rides will give you the challenge and competitive edge you crave. 

At DIG, we take personal training (1 to 5 times a week of private 1 on 1 sessions) to a whole new level and is the backbone of our studio. Fitness is not the sole objective. We believe the personal trainer should have a focus on the other 23 hours of the day in addition to the 1 hour training session and our trainers will be your guide throughout the process of transformation. This produces the most effective, state of the art personal training program with the best results. All of which are based on the 4 cornerstones of fitness: physical activity, healthy diet, hydration, and rest. 

 

 

DIG GROUP TRAINING

Small group personal training at DIG are 60 minutes long and designed for groups of 2-12 people. In addition to the workout, our trainers will apply the TO23 (the other 23 hours) platform where each program is designed and tailored specifically for both weight training and high intensity calorie burning goals. Your health coach will help you pick the right program for your individual goals in addition to nutrition, homework and weekly measurements. Our sessions are pre-designed, member specific and heart rate monitored! Track your calories burned and heart rate zones during class to ensure the best workout for your goals!
