Inspired by the training rituals of professional athletes, unlock your physical and mental strength with body-changing, high intensity workouts that are contagiously fun. Featuring core sculpting TRX suspension training, DIG’s small classes offer the personal attention of one-on-one training.

TRX50

A total body workout consisting of high intensity intervals by  utilizing TRX suspension system training and various sculpting exercises. We will use TRX, resistance bands, Bosu balls, kettle bells, functional body weight movements, and cardio intervals to build lean muscles and torch calories. We call this the DigBurn = Burn more calories throughout the day and long after leaving the studio.

TRX40

This class will push you to new levels of strength and is designed to burn fat and tone your muscles. Be ready to “feel the burn” as you power through multiple sets of high tension loads in this 40-minute workout which is designed to burn fat and tone your muscles.

DoubleShot & TtripleShot

A DoubleShot class will begin with a 25-minute performance ride on a bike followed by 25 minutes of interval training using TRX, slam ball, resistance band, Bosu ball, kettle bell, etc.

TripleShot is 25 minutes of cycling, 25 minutes of sculpt work, and 10 minutes of interval sprints outside the studio. 

Open Gym

For those that would like to occasionally supplement our classes with their own training regimen, we offer the Open Gym (OG) which is available FREE of charge for those who bought the monthly memberships at DIG. Reserve a spot and take full advantage of the studio and amenities for any part of the open gym period with NO INSTRUCTOR.
